Presales & Solutions Leader  Roles : 4  Role Purpose :   - To independently own the Presales & solutions initiatives for the Voice domain and grow the domain.   - Looking for people with experience in BPO / Call Centre / ITeS domain ONLY, from Healthcare, Pharma and Insurance verticals   Experience :   - At least 15 Years experience in Contact center operations with at least 6-8 years of experience in Pre Sales and Solutions role.(RFX responses, Offering / capability presentations)   - Strong domain understanding and solution expertise in either Healthcare/ Pharma / Insurance.   - Experience in delivery and operations in the same industry /vertical preferred with Client facing roles.  - Customer facing experience   Qualification :   - Post Graduate - MBA  Location : Mumbai   Others :  - Good understanding of Insurance/Healthcare /Pharma BPO   - Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)   - Possess Leadership skills to Interface with key stakeholders and develop and grow the footprint  Experience : 15 yrs  UG Qualification : Graduate  PG Qualification : MBA
