Pref for immediate joiner.  Primary Skills  a) Preferably someone who has around 5-8 years of overall IT experience  b) Preferably 1-3 years of working in technical projects in a software company.   c) Preferably 2-4 years experience of preparing responses to RFI, RFP, Tenders etc and coordinating Technical or presentation material, preferable in a software company.   d) Should have knowledge of Software development life cycle and project effort estimation.   e) Must have excellent command in english   f) Should possess excellent Technical writing skills.   g) Excellent knowledge of MS-office applications  h) Must possess the ability to perform multi-task assignments simultaneously and the ability to meet strict deadlines.   Role required:  a) Coordination and preparation of attractive, well-defined, effective and competitive proposals.  b) Timely preparation, printing, review, approval, and submission of proposals to the sales/clients. These are usually proposals of a high degree of complexity and require careful planning and Tracking.  c) Requesting information and assistance from other company groups to develop the information needed to submit quality proposals.  d) Coordination with the multiple teams like Sales/Product Presales/Delivery/Quality/technical teams to ensure that their understanding of the opportunity, experience and skills needed to win the opportunity are adequately reflected in the Proposal.   e) Single Point of Contact to manage proposal development activity.   f) Ensure all required reviewes and approvals take place before shipping of the proposal.  g) Ensure compliance of all quality related processes by various teams working on proposals.  h) Coordinate preparation of presentations, collation of data from various sources that would be helpful for proposal preparation.  i) Interfacing with marketing department for various product campaign and market research   j) Repository maintenance.  k) MIS reporting  Pioneer Hiring team
