Lead efforts to help customers and prospects build solutions to achieve business goals and create value through a model (roadmap /governance). Provide thought leadership to shape and define executive value selling and influencing processes. Understand business priorities and addressable market opportunities. Manages and monitors the implementation of value strategies, objectives, and scalable governance models to achieve targeted revenue, margin, and market share goals. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision- makers internally and in partner and customer organizations. Manage value expertise ensuring business critical & innovative results. Responsible for delivery of outcomes. Represent SAP externally on specific business subject matters  EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:  Area 1: Lead efforts to Identify and prioritize Value engagements with the highest impact, in close alignment with Sales priorities. Grow revenue and pipeline by driving adoption of standardized approaches for value based sales activities.   Area 2: Partner with Senior Management to develop and successfully implement Go-To-Market Strategies derived from the respective industry solutions/ Lob aligned portfolio planning processes. This could include areas such as: enablement, industry solution strategy, pricing, investment cases, M&A, strategic partnering. Manage value industry demand, capacity and resourcing. Lead quality assurance efforts for engagements with customers. Establish Value as a natural component of the sales process with the sales teams on a by industry basis.  Area 3: Ensure value resources are effectively coordinated and mobilized to provide on-demand access to expertise to accelerate deals and enable scale. Oversee effective communities of practice which accelerate the monetization of opportunities via Influence and adoption of standardized value creation approaches and sales and enablement activities (pipeline build and sales programs etc). Act as trusted advisor for customers; role model SAP's values. Help customers become best run businesses in their industry.  Tasks: Lead SAP's value selling and value implementation process which includes developing business cases with quantified monetary benefits that help create a value-based strategy for technology sale and deployment. Aligns value selling methodologies with SAP's GTM efforts (Lob, Industry et al) in order to build pipeline and enable and accelerate sales execution efforts on a regional and or global basis.  WORK EXPERIENCE:  12+ years of professional experience in Sales / Consulting / Industry Solutions experience including min 6 years of management consulting experience with leading international firm or 5 + years of VE experience.  Experience in diverse technology landscape and process/technology integration issues  Strong interest and experience coaching and leading direct or virtual, cross- functional teams. Experience in change management. Demonstrated leadership in leading and developing high performing teams. Demonstrated consultation and influence skills with C level. Advance knowledge of C- level decision making process management. Executive presence and deal optimization skills. Prior experience in one or more solution / industry area.  Experience building and retaining strong customer relationships. Advanced knowledge of value selling methodology. Strategy Consulting Methods & Best Practices Industry/solutions trends, pain points, business drivers & processes, opportunities, value chain and ecosystem analyses experience. Customer facing experience. Fluency in English, any other language an asset.
