Job Description

- To lead a team of presales analysts

- To develop and implement a structure and process for presales

- To develop and manage the knowledge repository within the organization

- Collaboration & coordination with delivery teams to deliver client requirements pre & post client acquisition

- To act as the single point of contact for organization to manage & allocate presales requirements from the organization

Experience

MBA with 4-8 years experience in Presales preferably from BPO / KPO / Consulting environment
