I represent IndiHire Consultants, which is a professionally managed boutique executive search & talent advisory company operating in Delhi, Bangalore & Hyderabad. It has been started by experienced leaders from Executive search industry.

Specific Requirements :

Client: An Global MNC

Role : Presales / Bid Management

Experience: 12 years - 18 years

Must Have:

Extremely strong industry domain skills in any one of the key sectors (Any domain).

Should have significant hands-on experience in writing proposals for IT Services transactions.

Should have worked in a multi-cultural environment outside of India in a sales support or sales enablement role

Ability to take accountability for driving win rates for the proposals they are working on" Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills without a strong local accent "

Experience in presales/proposal development function for deals primarily of Application Development and Maintt.

Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc) "

Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal.

Capacity to translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into readable and winning proposal.
