Must Have:

- Experience in working on atleast 5 large F&A or SCM pursuits with end to end presales cycle experience including RFI to Contracting.

- Having led teams of bid or pursuit is must.

- Ready to work from Mumbai( ERU) or Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai (manufacturing)

- Ready for business travel on regular basis

- Having done delivery in the same field an added advantage.

Job Description:

- Work with Sales and Solutions team to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team

- Market intelligence, Industry intelligence

- Presentational Standards

- Technical support for the sales team

- Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.

- Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.

- Responsible for staying abreast of offering/product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the offerings and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Solutions and Delivery teams on an on-going basis to stay current.

- Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.

- Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Solutions and Delivery teams regarding offerings including coordinating gaps between offering features and market/customer demands.

- Attend Webinars addressing product offerings, market strategy, key challenges etc

- Liaison with Solution/Offering Owners and Delivery Teams, understand the details of offerings and communicate information back to sales organization.

- Responsible for working with Solutions and Sales Teams to develop and deliver training on business problems, offerings, and messages (classroom and OJT) for new team members.

- Research & Competency Building

- Liason with Existing Accounts

- Metrics Capturing and Reporting

Skills Required:

- Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences

- Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills

- Ability to understand business processes and business problems

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and offerings

- Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements

- Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's process and technical architecture to determine what is and is not possible.

- Ability to develop marketing messages
