Manage and generate cross sell revenue from preferred clients.  2. Acquire preferred clients.  3. Provide financial planning services to all assigned and acquired preferred clients.  4. Responsible for all cross sell related servicing to assigned clients.  5. Ensure client meetings as per defined norms.  6. Maintain records of business on internal software.  7. Liaison with Branches and other Vertical Heads for revenue generation and query resolution.  8. Experience - 3 to 4 year or more experience HNI/Corporate Relationship Management  2. Qualification - Post graduate/MBA specialization in Marketing  3. Industry - Banks, Distribution houses, Wealth Management Companies and any other organization in High Value relationships  4. Compensation - RM Level - 6 to 9 L per annum  5. Revenue to Sales Targets - 1st Year 2 RSR, 2nd Year 3 RSR, 3rd Year 4 RSR  Important:   1. Stability - at least average of 3 years in each of his last jobs/ should not have changed more than 2 job in last 5 years  2. Currently Employed - Should not be unemployed  3. From the same Geography - Candidate should be from the same location  4. Candidate who has earned incentives  5. Hands on experience in HNI relationships - no retail, no franchisee network, no online / Telecalling sales.  6. Ability and willingness to acquire clients - not dependent on assignment clients by organization.  7. Has passion and willingness for field work and relationship management  8. Candidates from Broking and Insurance not Required.  9. Preferably from Banks, distribution companies, wealth management and organization with High Value relationships  10. Willing to work in individually capacity  11. Candidates already interviewed and rejected in the past should not be considered.
