They deliver innovative solutions for forward-thinking companies in manufacturing, retail and distribution, and financial services.   The position is of Pre Sales Manager & we are looking for candidates with strong experience in Pre sales activities, Bid management, knowledge management, Account management & should have worked on Global Platform / Global Clients.  Job Description:  Role Purpose:  - Drive bid management and pre-sales, eventually manage the offshore team.  Principle accountability:  - Oversea Proposals and lead Jr. Bid managers  - Ensure sections comply with RFP requirements, contain win strategies, win themes, and comply with standards and style criteria  - Responsible for high-quality content and appearance of the final proposal product and the on-time delivery of the proposal  - Maintain configuration control of all living and dead proposal files, forms, graphics, drafts, review comments, and approvals  Competencies:  - Good Exposure in building Sales Presentations, Capability Decks, Case Studies and support responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs  - Experience in core areas - AMS, Testing, ERP, Oracle, Calypso  - 10-12 years experience in supporting presales activities for global customers  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal  - Effective in working both independently and in a team.   - Collaborates with SMEs, Practice Heads, Vertical Heads and various departments to ensure the content is relevant and up to date, Flexible in meeting global delivery requirements  - Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments as requested  - Identify, assess, resolve, and/or escalate issues as needed.  - Act as the single point of contact for proposal  - Metric measurement and reporting  - Knowledge of Sales cycle and opportunity management process  - Good to have -sales force and share point experience
