Description: The Principal- Consulting will be leading Prashaste's consulting practice across domains and sectors. Principal will be part of the core management team and will play a crucial leadership role in driving organization's growth.   This role would suit an individual from a management consulting background with no less than 4 years of experience in a leading consulting company. Candidates need to have strong business perspective, proven implementation skills and should have shown leadership potential in their existing role.   Principal will be responsible for driving consulting delivery excellence, building long term client relationships & facilitating business growth.   The career path for a Principal culminates in a Consulting Partner who is eligible for stock options /profit sharing.   Location: Bangalore  Qualification:   - MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a tier-I business school  - Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute   Experience:   - 4+ years of post MBA consulting experience   Preferred domains: Management Consulting   Preferred Industry: Auto, Healthcare & Retail   Key Job Responsibilities:  Project management:  - Successfully lead and execute multiple client engagements by ensuring quality of deliverables & high levels of client satisfaction  - Plan & manage project budgets, timelines and profitability   - Ensure project compliances   Business generation & Client relationships:  - Drive client acquisition & new revenues through identification of potential clients, developing strategic proposals and facilitate client conversions  - Maximize client retention & contribution through building long term relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities (clients relationships are to be done by BDM)  Business planning & strategy:  - Participate & develop in building business plans & strategy   Process orientation :  - Continuously design & standardize project management / domain - specific processes, tools & techniques   Team expansion & Capability development:  - Build, motivate, mentor & develop the consulting team  - Contribute in hiring, mentoring and grooming talent for the organization  Innovation & Research:  - Identify potential opportunities and develop innovative solutions industry / domain specific   - Lead the way in developing industry research/ benchmarks/ case studies/ white papers insights   Skills:   - Excellent business understanding and domain knowledge  - Strategic, analytical and problem solving mind-set  - Result oriented & passionate (self-driven)  - Ability to excel in high-paced & dynamic environment  - Expertise in MS office  - Multi-tasking ability & time management skills  Compensation:  - CTC including fixed & variable component upto 25 Lacs   - The final compensation shall be based on candidate's potential, experience & background
