Country Head:  Practo is taking global its mission of enhancing health through technology. We are building an International Expansion team to take company's suite of innovative B2B and B2C solutions to doctors and consumers worldwide. We are looking for leaders to join our International Leadership Program, which will prepare them for international assignments.  Participants in the International Leadership Program will work on various cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations and Marketing in India for 3-12 months before relocating to a new country in a leadership role.  Country Head Role:  - As a Country Head for Practo, you will be responsible for establishing Practo's operations and brand in a country, running B2B business and B2C businesses, hiring and growing the local team, and driving product development.  What you will do / be responsible for:  - Identifying market opportunity for Practo by understanding pain points in seeking and delivering healthcare and how Practo's products can serve these needs.  - Understanding and managing regulations related to healthcare IT and healthcare delivery.  - Setting up go-to-market model (sales channels, partnerships, etc.), including sales processes.  - Launching of B2B and B2C products.  - P&L of the country.  - Operational excellence in providing amazing doctor and consumer experience.  - Executing marketing and branding events to increase awareness and visibility of Practo among doctors and consumers.  - Finding, hiring and guiding a team to run the city.  What you must be:  - A self-starter : you don't fold under pressure, in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.  - A problem-solver: you can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way, you get things done fast in a scrappy way.  - A multi-tasker : able to go from sales and marketing to content gathering and customer support, and you- re excited to flex each of these muscles.  - An excellent sales person & manager : comfortable with identifying and closing leads, managing end-to-end client relationships, motivating sales force.  - An energetic leader able to attract and retain A+ players  - Passionate about Practo's mission to improve health through technology - you give it your all because you believe in the impact of your work on consumers and doctors.  - A person of high integrity. You will represent Practo and we trust that you have the best interests of the company in mind.  Required background:  - 5+ years of sales experience and at least 2 years of managing a sales team.  - P&L responsibility in the past.  - Prior experience of living abroad or handling international customers.  - Must have had meaningful entrepreneurial experience (for-profit or non-profit startup, etc) for at least year.  - Experience in software or healthcare product sales is highly preferred.  - Experience with marketing and operations roles is highly preferred.  - Undergraduate degree from a top tier university.
