- Drive data / research based decisions on pricing / positioning and market constraints
- Create Positioning as thought leader and reference point - for new initiatives
- Program Manage and co-ordinate across functions and teams - including playing stand in roles of Product management , operations, sales and marketing in nascent stages of new initiative
- Content Marketing (for Ray ) - Develop high quality / cost effective and impactful programs and collateral

- Manage large budgets and delivery of work with creative agencies
- Deliver innovation and ability to extract communication language that breaks away from the noise
- Acquisition cost per user
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM,Display)- (all Push activities )
- Optimise SEO - Leverage display and video advertising to hit target segments and create demand
- SEM optimisation - Leverage display and video advertising to hit target segments and create demand

- Watch out for partnership opportunities maximise benefits
