1. AVP /GM Marketing for Practo ray - new initiatives and International

Brief responsibility:

- Product Positioning and Market research

- Evaluate Market opportunities and Market potential

- Enter / facilitate and co-ordinate entry into new segments either in terms of customer of geography

- Lay out strategic map and way forward

- Plan and execute with attention to detail and contingency plans

- Drive data / research based decisions on pricing / positioning and market constraints

- Create Positioning as thought leader and reference point - for new initiatives

- Program Manage and co-ordinate across functions and teams - including playing stand in roles of Product management , operations, sales and marketing in nascent stages of new initiative

- Content Marketing (for Ray ) - Develop high quality / cost effective and impactful programs and collateral

Ideal skill sets:

- Clear Ability to manage ambiguity / structure and break down problems and goals

- Clear and demonstrated ability to lead through though leadership and people skills

- Ability to wear customers shoes and use data to drive insights

- Ability to devise methods / framework to generate insights

- Very highly self driven and action oriented

- Highly analytical and data driven approach to optimize effort and create impact quickly

- Clear understanding of SEO /SEM, Marketing and advertising

- Product management experience / exposure will be advantageous

- Ability to steer metrics and initiatives

- Ability to budget and manage budgets and cost per lead

- Should be able to connect and develop relationships with associations

- Should be able to manage field teams and programs

- Ability to start and maintain content based thought leadership initiatives and programs

2. AVP Marketing- Practo.com

Brief responsibility:

- Growth hacking to get exponential growth in number of consumers using site

- Product positioning, Branding and creative’s / vendor management

- Develop and consistently communicate the Practo brand and positioning at international standards

- Manage large budgets and delivery of work with creative agencies

- Deliver innovation and ability to extract communication language that breaks away from the noise

- Acquisition cost per user

- Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM,Display)- (all Push activities )

- Optimise SEO - Leverage display and video advertising to hit target segments and create demand

- SEM optimisation - Leverage display and video advertising to hit target segments and create demand

- Partnerships and collaborations for traffic

- Get traffic for Practo.com from other partner sites

- Watch out for partnership opportunities maximise benefits

- ATL initiatives - including TV radio etc

- Lead the Overall Practo.com Marketing effort to deliver immediate and annual targets

Ideal skill sets:
