The opening is for our Permanent Staffing Division in the Banking and Financial Services vertical focusing on Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets, AMC's & NBFC.

Location : Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible to drive the business targets for the team

- Will oversee team's adherence to internal and client processes

- New clients acquisition and to drive the current relationships

- To ensure People and Team Productivity

- Team Retention and Attrition Management

Desired Profile :

- Min 8 yrs of experience in Recruitment / HR Consulting / Business Management

- Min Academic Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

- Should have team management experience

- Should have exposure in BFSI / NON - IT Recruitment with exposure in Key Account Management

- Excellent Communication Skills
