Practice Lead - Mobility & IOT  - Our client a large IT services company is looking for Practice Lead - Mobility & IOT.  - The executive will have overall P&L responsibility for the Digital Mobility + IOT Practice. (Please note: With a primary focus on mobility)  Responsibilities will include :  - Complete ownership from strategic planning and implementation   - Manage service delivery, new capability development and practice development covering market assessment, gap analysis, new service development, capability enhancement, capacity planning and resource competence  - Take lead in presales in terms of opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, pricing / commercial decisions   - Work with markets team to develop service differentiation and go-to-market strategy for US, India and Europe geos.  - Nurturing inside sales team  - Stimulate innovation and creativity and help deliver first class digital solutions & services  - Oversee engagements, quality of service, CSAT and operations  - Quality management including setting and achieving project level and practice level quality goals and leading organizational initiatives to improve overall quality of service  - Lead people management deployment, utilization management, career development and retention  - Provide thought leadership around best practices, and new & emerging concepts.  - Forster and develop a team of digital natives who delivers cutting edge-solutions using the latest technologies  - Develops, directs, coaches, mentors and reinforces team members in line with the mission, vision, values, goals and performance standards of the Digital, Mobile & IoT practice  - Financial management - Practice level, account level and project level P&L  The Person :  The leader will bring the following qualifications and experience :  Must Have :  - Extensive experience in end to end management of Digital, Mobile & IoT to global clients  - Deep exposure to Global Delivery Model with good understanding of offshore / onsite delivery and experience of handling multi location engagements  - Experience of managing opportunity pursuit - starting from opportunity identification to preparing solution / proposal to presenting solution to clients  - Good hold on commercials - pricing models, billing, commercial terms   - Managed multiple end-to-end mobility + IOT engagements / programs starting with solution development, planning, transition management, steady state operations and continuous improvement  - Experience in competence development covering new service and tool and technology capability
