Roles & Responsibilities   - Execute the marketing strategy for Power2SME and its brands to ensure maximum return over spend  - Develop and execute the overall social media strategy   - Manage the conceptualization and creation of engaging content to organically increase online social presence, and enhance brand awareness.   - Develop and execute loyalty programs across Power2SME and its brands as per the company strategy  - Hands on experience of SEO / SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media and display advertising campaigns   - Collaborate with tech teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience   - Devise multi-channel marketing programs   - Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement and retention  - Effective understanding of various Data Management processes  - Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram  - Aid the PR team with corporate communications  - Build marketing plans/calendar, achieve buy-in from stakeholders and execute.  - Lead brand partnerships and activations  - Monitor market research with a view to identifying strategic partners, monitor competition space and identify best practices.  Preferred Candidate   - 10+ years relevant experience in a Marketing Role  - Focused, self-motivated individual with creative flair who will bring marketing strategies to life.   - Must be a confident communicator and presenter  - Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail  - Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms  - Ability to work in high-stress environments   - Digital & data native at heart   - Strong connects with various marketing agencies
