The Trust and Corporate Services (TCS) Technology Partner is a global role and will be responsible, together with the Head of IT Change and senior business and IT stakeholders, for the change portfolio of TCS client facing solutions.   The Technology Partner will ensure that the series of projects and programs are defined, supported and sponsored. Working closely with decision makers to identify and implement cost-effective technology and Business Change solutions.   A Technology Partner must be able to motivate and control IT teams, as well as face off to senior stakeholders and is seen as a trusted and primary IT advisor for the Group Functions part of the business.   Key Requirements:   - Background in technology solutions in the Structured Finance, Private Equity, International Corporate Structuring, Real Estate Investment Services, Investor Compliance  - 10+ years experience in an IT Projects and Programmes environment  - Degree or equivalent in a relevant field  - Prior experience of managing a global team with proven ability to make, cascade and implement strategic decisions  - Proven knowledge and experience of packaged, cloud and in house developed systems  - Prior experience of compliance, entity administration, commercial lending, deal room system would be advantageous  - Expected to be an SME within field  Key Responsibilities:   - Acts as interface between their designated Service Line and the rest of IT  - Plans and is responsible for project delivery on a group-wide basis  - Manage projects, ensures projects are within budget and meet commercial objectives  - Oversee day-to-day project delivery  - Designs control, risk and governance frameworks for delivering IT change in a business area  - Proactively builds a high performing, collaborative team  - Coaches, develops and effectively manages performance of the team or business area  - Creates and communicates a clear and compelling IT vision for the business area to stakeholders and team members
