We are thought leaders when it comes to the insurance sector and we look forward to having future leaders join us in our mission.  About the Role :  - We are looking for an SEM Manager who has passion for online marketing and comfortable with managing big budgets.  - A person who is committed, disciplined, motivated, number driven and with eagle’s eye for catching the tiniest of performance gaps will be a perfect candidate for the role.   - He/she should be able to drive not only performance but also be a good team player who can raise the performance bar for the overall online marketing team.  Specific Areas of Responsibility :  - Direct responsibility of campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization and analysis for all assigned SEM Accounts  - Managing Ad Campaigns on major search platforms like Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and MSN AdCenter   - Define the lead generation strategy for PolicyBazaar.com   - Identify new channels of traffic growth across mobile and desktop   - Deploy systems, tools and technologies, marketing automation, and market intelligence tools, that ensure team productivity and efficiency with full metric tracking and reporting capabilities - Drive efficiencies in online marketing spends and reduce cost of acquisition on a YoY basis  Improvement of volume and cost delivered through search campaigns by :   1. Driving keyword expansion and Improving account structures   2. Optimizing click-through-rates, quality scores and landing page relevance   3. Scientific ad copy testing and bid optimization   - Report on the overall SEM health of our web properties and rolling up SEM reports  - Stay on top of current search engine news, trends and Pay per click practices  - Working closely with organic search team to ensure knowledge sharing and co-optimization  - Develop recommendations based on high end analytics to drive decision making across various spectrums of online marketing   Skills & Qualifications :  - B. Tech from a reputed institute   - MBA from a reputed institute preferred (not mandatory)  - Min 2 years of experience in Online Marketing in top e-commerce portals in India  - Should have managed big budget SEM campaigns in the past and preferably should have had some  exposure to SEO, Re-marketing, social media marketing to be able to draw out possible synergies across  processes   - Competent knowledge of Google Analytics or other online web analytics tools is a plus   - Should be familiar with E-commerce business and E-commerce metrics   - Excellent excel and MS-Office skills.  Joining Time:   - 15-30 Days (Candidates who can join us immediately will be given preferences)   Location : Gurgaon
