Role Purpose:

We are looking for a mid-level resource for heading search engine marketing team, a person who has the ability to manage big budgets in a growth stage company and has a skill to strategize the entire online marketing spend. A quick learner with a very less response time to a problem, he should be good with his team and be very solution oriented.

Responsibilities:

- Create Long term vision and plan for Search Engine Marketing for all devices, across all products

- Manage the annual digital spend across various online brands of Policybazaar

- Create Strategies for product-wise online spend on search and other key digital areas

- Lead and manage account managers to achieve the monthly lead/ spend targets

- Create effective MIS reports and recommendations to drive decision making

- Monitor the performance of campaigns vis-a-vis their contribution to business

- Optimize search campaigns regularly for maximizing the output; keyword optimization, ad copy optimization, Campaign optimization, Landing page optimization

- Work closely with business heads in order to ensure continuous performance as per the business need

- Co-ordinate with technology team for implementation of various tech related development

Experience & Skills:

- Work experience with Google is must in search engine marketing/ad words

- 2-4 years of work-ex on digital marketing

- Should have working knowledge of Adwords, Google Analytics, Double Click (Search, Display) Remarketing, Social media Marketing
