The candidate must be strong with Process, Compliance and Product knowledge.   - Bring thought leadership to every aspect of Mutual Fund Product – Customer Segment, Fund Focus, Product Vision, Compliance, Regulation, Product Strategy, etc.   - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of Mutual Fund product on the website.   - Ensure Product Requirement, Flow Diagram and Wireframes are properly translated to live site.   - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into MF product requirements   - Drive the content, its presentation and research tools for Mutual Fund space   - Lead Research Initiatives for Customer benefit and engagement.  - You will work with (and provide direction) to Engineering, UX, Content stakeholders, and be responsible for all the metrics.   - You need to be good at execution and not someone who is more of a people manager –someone who can get their hands dirty and get things done.  - Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends. Stay up to date and keep the product offering relevant.   Requirements:   - Professionals from Mutual Fund Industry background preferred.  - Ideally an MBA + Engineer with minimum 2+ years exposure in Mutual Fund Industry.   - Someone who is analytical, data driven and has some prior experience of managing consumer facing Internet products.   - Good knowledge of MS - Excel & PowerPoint.  - Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.   - Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces will be an added plus.   Rajan Gulati
