Skill : experience on java project management is necessary.

1. Manage project from initiation to closure

2. Accountability for project results

3. Defining work break down structure to get estimation efforts from project team.

4. Preparing schedule, get it reviewed and publish to stake holders

5. Conflict resolution

6. Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented

7. Motivate project team on proactive basis

8. Willingness to work on multiple projects

9. Should be able take decision towards project priorities

10. Should be able to accommodate changes

11. Co-ordinate with stake holders

12. Project risk management – Risk identification, categorization, monitoring and mitigation

13. MIS reporting to management

14. Project scheduling – Knowledge of any scheduling tool – MSP 2010, Project Libre

15. Expertise in spreadsheets

16. Knowledge of estimation techniques – Analogous, parametric, three points

17. Perform project presentations and meetings
