PMO Consultant

I represent the Technology Practice for both Global/National mandates.

I am currently working on an exclusive assignment of a PMO Consultant.

Job Location – Bangalore / Pune

We are looking for the role of a PMO Consultant with the below mentioned skills:

- Post Graduate level education – an MBA is preferred

- At least ten years of consulting experience

- Experience in P&L responsibility and also deliver major client assignments providing Program Management expertise to clients

- An elite practitioner with excellent project / program / portfolio management skills and detailed understanding of the domain(preferably from BFSI)

- Significant experience in selling and delivering management consulting and program management consulting services to global as well as regional clients at CXO levels within organizations in India

- Experience across range of sectors and types of client transformation programs

- Ability to define strategic direction for Business Consulting unit within India, to put in place the required elements to achieve this strategy and then conclude it successfully

- Ability to work in a large, global and highly matrix environment

- Ability to work independently and thrive in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment, whilst at the same time playing a full part in the Organisation practice globally and working closely with colleagues to identify the best ways of securing consulting opportunities for Organisation

- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to form good relationships both internally and externally

- Evidence of a desire and ambition to play a major part in the development of Organisation Business Consulting on a global basis
