Key Accountabilities:
- Project Management.
- Liaison with multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects.
- Analyze and derive insights from information provided from sources.
- Roadmap planning-ensuring its implementation & tracking progress.
- Organize regular status updates for Project Sponsor & Director and provide food for thought in measuring the health of the initiative.
- Establish appropriate project governance-including Steering Committees-QBRs.
- Implement and track action points from review meetings.
- Manage communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Project reporting.
- Production and administration of status reports that cover different functions and initiatives.
- Project performance scoring-RAG status reporting
- Design and maintenance of project management templates.
- Structure the collated project reports for senior level attention.
- Preparation & execution of diverse top level meeting.
- Agenda setting presentation packs-minutes.
- Shared workspace & ONE management.
