And Lots More.  Position: VP Sales - E-Commerce  Experience: 8-12+ Years  Location: Baner, Pune  Key Responsibilities:  - Complete Profit & Loss responsibility from E-commerce Business  - Responsible for setting up and managing a team of talented individuals to drive revenue and growth targets  - Identify and close strategic partnership opportunities with e-commerce platforms and businesses across geographies  - Contribute to create sales plans and completely own up to the execution of the same  - Be involved in the full life cycle of sales and execution, this includes lead generation to enquiries to closures and after sales support & collections for all customers and partners at all times  - Responsible for developing new customer acquisitionand ensuring client relations at all times  - Handle inbound leads- ensuring high conversion rates.  - Actively propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas  - Build and scale a direct sales team to reach out to clients across the e-commerce industry.   - Build and scale a channel sales network comprising of large enterprises / solutions providers, agencies, platforms or any other company catering to the eCommerce industry.  - Build and grow relations with all direct businesses, resellers and partners across India  - Timely delivery of our products to all SMBs and ensure 100% customer satisfaction  - Build and maintain relations with all e-commerce platforms and their customers at all times  - Track all performance metrics and work towards achieving targets for each  - Generate and maintain weekly reports on sales progress  - Contribute to develop of periodic financial plans and projections  - Ensure timely fulfillment of all orders  Educational Qualifications and Work Experience  - 8-12+ years of experience in sales, sales management. Sales operations and strategy experience is a plus.   - PGDBM/MBA from Tier I/II Business School is a must  Skills:  - Strong knowledge and experience within the online internet/online space and familiarity with the E-Commerce space. Cross-industry experience is a plus  - Ability to implement a consultative and relationship-based sales approach  - Experienced in hiring, training, managing and rapidly and effectively scaling sales teams  - Proven Ability to manage large sales targets  Desired Profile:  - Entrepreneurial mindset who has the drive and vision to expand the business  - Good Leadership Skills, Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills  - Should be able to interact with C-level and operational decision makers and even with shop owners and should lead by example at all stages of the sales cycle  - You must have had P&L responsibility previously.   - Candidate must adapt quickly and manage disruptive changes.  - Start-up experience / Internet & Online Domain Experience would be an added plus
