As a leader of this team, you will play a key role in navigating the effort and process of on boarding and engaging real estate businesses to use their apps to help their customers derive maximum value from it.   If you're up for a challenge, please apply and we will get back to you shortly.  Responsibilities & Duties:  - To retain / acquire new clients in the specified region/ market  - To achieve the sales / revenue target and ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients  - Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting.   - Would need to create / maintain excellent relationships with clients.   - Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship  - Understand client requirements and tailor the pitch the accordingly  - To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales  - Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity  - Ensure all customer requirements are met and complete at all times.   - Ensuring that growth targets are met in the defined area/territory.  - Responsible for coaching, developing, motivating & retaining team members.  Desired Profile:  - Strong knowledge within the online Internet, Online & Mobile Industry  - Relevant experience in retail sales. Previous Management Experience would be a plus.  - Excellent Communication Skills, both oral and written.  - Graduate/ MBA from reputed institute  - Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.  - Should be extremely good in follow - ups  - Result Driven & should ensure 100% customer satisfaction  - Role Model - Develops self & Team, promotes good work ethics & professionalism
