Thousands of well known businesses are already built using Plivo including popular conferencing solutions, mobile communication apps, SMS marketing software, and business phone solutions and this is just the beginning.  Role :   - Solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions.  - You'll be working closely with the leadership team, so you'll need to be hands-on, on every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on People and Organizational topics.  - Partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute your strategy for how we staff, onboard, policies, retain, organize work, etc.   Requirements :  - Min 4 years experience as a HR Manager.  - Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.  - Streamlining processes for the on boarding of new joiners.  - Using creative strategies to enrich and strengthen the Induction program for new joiners.  - Understanding of recruitment and handled recruitment teams and agencies.  - Ability to identify and understand key technical, business, and legal aspects of corporate operations in legislative and regulatory proposals, identify and understand business implications for the company and its customers, and synthesize policy documents for internal and external audiences.  - Designing and leading initiatives to enhance motivation and increase engagement levels across the team in the region.  - Workforce planning for the region keeping in mind both short term requirements and long term strategic needs.  - Making effective use of digital channels and the social media to attract the best talent.
