Requirements

- Will be working in night shifts

- Min 2 yrs of Experience in People Management

- Able to generate and present reports

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience in SLA Management / Handled real time SLA for current org.

- Deft in Audit process

- Excellent oral, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skill

- Able to identify Continuous improvements / Training needs
