(Mech) with at least 10 Years of experience in FMCG industry.  - Should definitely have experience in asset care management & production management.  - Should have had experience of at least 6-8 years in team management - handling a large team.  - Sound knowledge of GMPs & TPM processes  Key Skills:  - Strong leadership & managerial skills  - Creative  - Problem solver especially in crisis situations
