Plant HR Manager, Gurgaon
- Should have 9-12 years of work exp in plant HR setup with strong skills in IR & labour management.
- Should have worked in Delhi Haryana areas. Will report directly to the MD. Has to handle around 100 to 300 workers. Workers will be coordinated with Contractors and Labour Mangers in two factories.
- Responsible for overall plant HR, ER & CSR activities, Performance Management System, General Administration, Statutory compliance, Environment and Employee Safety. The key responsibilities Includes:
- To assess the manpower requirements based on the overall business plan & identify right source and the means of recruiting & selecting the right manpower, Induction Training and career development.
- Maintaining Industrial Relations, Legal Matters related to labour court, Liaison with Govt. Agencies.
