Job Description - Reporting to the Regional Head HR you will be responsible for :

- Managing the entire portfolio of activities related to Human resources, industrial Relations and Administration at the Plant level.

- Handling responsibilities related to recruitment, performance management process, training and development, ensuring legal and statutory compliances.

- Pro actively driving the initiatives at Corporate level to Plant.

- Driving overall HR Business Partnering for the unit and leading cultural transformation, employee engagement and union handling.

The Successful Candidate - You are required to come with minimum 10 years of experience in Human resource activities at Corporate and Plant level

- As a Manager HR you will be responsible for end to end HR activities of the Plant

- You should be a versatile HR professional with strong technical expertise related to Statutory compliances, HR operational activities and Industrial relations

- Should be equipped with good communication skills along with the will to relocate to the Plant location
