Job Description :
- Act as HR/IR advisor for Unit management team on crucial people issues.
- Develop good relations with employees, union, community and Govt. authorities for industrial peace and harmony.
- Build a culture of achievement, excellence, creating a learning environment and vibrancy.
- Develop and implement employee welfare, communication, and administrative services in an effective manner.
- Ensure all HR systems and processes are adhered to and completed in a timely and transparent manner to establish credibility and contributions.
- Develop HR Plans and IR strategy with the unit aligned with manufacturing objectives and corporate direction.
- Initiate measures and programmes to improve employee engagement/Relations and satisfaction score.
- Increase productivity of the plant by skill development, soft skills training and creating a very conducive IR environment for performance.
- Talent Management of the unit from recruitment to retirement.
- Labour settlement reaping beneficial outcomes to the organization.
- Contract labour management.
- CSR activities around the plant for neighborhood management and community development.
- Ensure speed, responsiveness and customer orientation in transaction management and services.
- Unit HR team development.
Desired Profile of the Candidate :
- Updated knowledge in Statutory/ID Act / Factories Act & Labor Laws.
- Disciplinary proceedings/ Domestic Enquiry/ Grievance Handling.
- Man power Planning & Staffing Measurement of various HR Metrics.
- Union Handling & Negotiation skills.
- High handson in LTS, 12(3), 18(1), long term wage, bonus settlements.
- Good oral & written communication in Telugu, English and Hindi
