Leading Manufacturing Company in India, seeking Plant HR for its plant in Mumbai.  Job Responsibilities :  Effective Business Partner:  - Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Sourcing.  - Performance Management Process.  - Capability Building.  - Retention.  - Safer and Harmonious Environment (including disciplinary action & grievance handling.)  Operational Excellence:  - Statutory Compliance.  - Administrative Activities. Time and Attendance Management, Shift Allocation etc.  - MIS Generation.  Employee Champion:  - Implementation of Employee Survey Findings.  - Policy Communication & Deployment.  - Implementation of Employee Engagement Calendar.  - Employee Welfare and Infrastructure Management.  Industrial Relation:  - Effective management of Trade Unions  - Employee grievance handling  - Liaising with the government authorities  The Incumbents are responsible for managing the HR, IR and Administration processes at the Factory Locations of the Division   The Divisional / Factory Personnel heads will be responsible for:  - Building business competitiveness through timely and quality staffing of Personnel and having talent pipeline in place.  - Training & Development and Capability building of the employees including Talent Management & Succession Planning.   - On time reporting of instances of deviations of company policies, values & ethics.  - Setting up & running Training Centre for potential candidates of required skill sets.  - Maintain harmonious employee relationship and effective communication with all constituencies.  - Ensure necessary Statutory & legal clearances are obtained & maintained.  - Effective implementation of Company policies including implementation of Organization wide initiatives.   - Effective administration at the Divisional / Factory locations including Canteen, Security, Transportation, Medical Facility, Infrastructure, etc.  - Drive employment engagement initiatives & brighter living.  - Participate and contribute as plant managing committee Member  - Inculcate performance & leadership culture in the Mfg Location.  - Hazard free operation (zero accident).  - Implement quality initiative.  Please note only candidates with full time MBA apply for this role.  Only Male candidates with Proficiency in Marathi would be considered
