Plant HR Head - Manufacturing

Position : Plant HR Head - MNC Manufacturing Company

Role :

- End-to-end responsibility for HR for the Plant located 1 hour from Thane (Near Mumbai)

- Manage relations with the business

- Manage IR/Unions, contract workers etc.

- Will report directly to the Plant Head and functionally to the Head-HR for the Company

Requirements :

- MBA (HR)

- Should have around 10 yrs of experience in Plant HR managing all aspects of HR at the Plant

- Should have good mix of exposure to HR and IR

- Should have exposure to IR/ Unions

- Should be good at building business relationships

- Ability to speak and understand the local language is a necessity

Location: 1 hour from Thane (Near Mumbai)
