All setups are at Pune .   Looking for a Head HR who can manage all 3 units HR function  Reporting to : COO   - Position is responsible for people management for a business which is spread across all over India .This comprises of 400 employees spread across 2 different Plants and one Greenfield Project at Pune .  - This includes implementation of HR strategy, strategic consulting to business, Generalist and Specialist roles, including Hiring/ Talent Acquisition, Culture building, driving Performance and Rewards and compensations, employee engagement, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Statutory and Grievance Management, People Development and Mobility.   - The workforce comprises of both executive & staff and Technician/operator grade employees, experience in handling employees relations and IR issues and concerns and maintain a union free environment.   - The span of operations includes managing company operated dealerships, workshops, container workshops, sites, commercial organizations units, and multiple satellite offices etc across India.
