Urgently Hiring for Plant HR/Factory HR (Industrial Relations) - Karnataka Location:

Location of job : Bangalore

Job Profile :

- Labour compliances

- Ensure Statutory registers, Notices, Display boards etc.

- Industrial licensing- Contract labour license, Registration Certificate, Shops & Establishment Registration, Factory License & Registration, etc

- Statutory returns-half yearly, annual etc.

- Statutory payments- Labour welfare fund etc.

- Govt. communications- notice of change of Manager/ occupier, address etc.

- Contractors and Contract Labour Management

- Legal and Court Cases

- Labour Inspections

- Union negotiation meetings and long term bonus settlement

CTC : 10 Lkhs to 15 Lkhs

Experience : 15 to 20 yrs

Candidate should be MBA (Part time / Full time MBA / MSW/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, IR and Welfare (PGDPM ) / Master of Labour Management (MLM) with Industrial Relations exposure with strong background of handling multiple unions, interacting with Government Bodies, knowledge of Labour Laws, preferably from Manufacturing/Plant Exposure
