Plant Head / Unit Head   To ensure smooth manufacturing operation of a large Specialty Chemical Plant with international regulatory standards & to build a team capable of delivering business goals.   Reporting Line : Head of Manufacturing   Responsibility Areas :   - Lead and manage the operations of large manufacturing Unit of Specialty chemicals. To ensure Production as per budget.   - Cost optimization . To ensure Conversion costs are as per budget.  - Inventory Management.   - Implementation of Projects in budgeted Cost, time & capacity  - To ensure all statutory compliances and labour Laws compliances.   - Manage Environmental Footprint, safety and quality standards.  - To ensure Training as per plan, Succession planning for self & DRs, attrition.  To manage the Unions and ensure smooth operations.   Education : Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute. Management degree will be an added advantage.   Knowledge of Process engineering is a must.
