Client Details

Our client is one of the largest FMCG companies in the world with significant presence in Indian market. They have a wide range of products in their portfolio and are looking to expand their mark in the Indian market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Plant Head, based out of their plant in Rajahmundry, AndhraPradesh

Description :

Reporting to the Site Leader, you will be responsible for :

- Plan and monitor end to end manufacturing operations including handling inventory movements, quality maintenance, etc.

- Ensuring high level of efficiency by focusing on timely production and dispatch of goods

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure operational efficiency

- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

Profile :

You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in handling end to end plant operations FMCG Industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to manage large scale plant operations
