Planning Head - EPC Thermal

Profile:

Assist Head EPC Thermal in meeting the strategic goals of the company related to Operations Planning & Monitoring.

- Finalization of Work schedule for EPC project, in consultation with Owner, Contractors & other stake holders, defining timelines for milestones.

- Development of Online MIS system for Planning function for smooth coordination & tracking of events

- Monitor monthly Progress Report giving due impetus to the critical activity & issues, highlighting the areas of concern.

- Multi location project planning, monitoring project progress, ensuring control & maintaining cash flow requirements.

- Co-ordination among consultants, contractors and clients.

- Participates in weekly /monthly Progress and Review meetings with the construction Contractors /Clients /Owners and other bodies of PMG /EPC.

- Develop Project Controls programs, Schedules and all Project control Systems as required responding to proposals /Inquiries.

- People Development.

Qualification, Experience & Competencies

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Degree in Management would be preferred with 25-30 years of experience.

- Should be capable of planning and co-coordinating engineering activities for projects of high complexity within the stipulated time-schedule, budgeted cost and quality standards.
