- Head digital marketing division of the company.   - Define and develop a marketing strategy to position the brand as best-in-class in the digital market.  - Create growth strategies for each of our online channels, identify new opportunities, and optimize our overall media mix.  - Define and implement performance marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic: SEM, E-mail, Daily Deals, Retargeting, Affiliates, CSE's, Marketplaces, Social Media etc.  - Managing and goal setup of paid search, natural search, display, e-mail, mobile, affiliates, social media, comparison shopping engines, & marketplaces.  - Perform in-depth analysis of channel conversion, make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement.  - Alliance & manage AD-Agencies/Networks, Publishers, Other media partners & Service providers like - Mediaforge, AdRoll, Catalogs.com, Weddingwire, Barilliance, Omniture (Adobe Site Catalyst), Boomerang, SpyFu, Godatafeed, Verticalresponse, Pardot, Socialannex, Unbxd etc.  - Introducing new site features & product innovations.
