- To design and execute placement strategies & policies for effective and result oriented placement.

- To reach out to the unexplored segment of the market segment for placement

- To conceptualize, design and implement promotional campaigns for accomplishment of placement goals

- To organize events to enhance the employability of students

- To establish strong relationship with potential employers

- To manage placement budgets, procurement and logistics

- To maintain placement report

- To co-ordinate with Zonal Placement managers, provide support for students placement and resolve issues (if any)

- To ensure implementation of SOPs
