Job Title : Manager - Projects   Essential Skills & Experience : 5 years professional experience preferably in real estate developer firm/ international architecture firm; experience working on high rise residential projects; some experience with sales center.   Key Roles/Responsibilities :  Primary responsibility is to manage and lead the project, and this includes the following :  - Supervise the design and represent the client when coordinating with and guiding international and local consultants (architectural, structural, MEP, landscaping, interior, etc.)   - Appoint various consultants and contractors by way of briefing, site visits, evaluating quotes, and issuing work orders; subsequently monitor the work and release payments  - Take ownership of project; successfully navigate through sometimes onerous, time consuming processes & documentation and ensure project delivery is on schedule  - Lead the sales center execution
