Job Description - Responsible for Brand Activations.

- Handling Lacto Brand promoters and beauty advisors in coordination with Brand Manager.

- Responsible for overall training module of promoters

- Responsible for activations and merchandise in Modern Trade.

- Responsible for all Marketing Activities -with focus on Planning and Implementation of Visibility, merchandising, In-shop and any activity Market Need.

- Devise and Implement brand Plans through sales.

- Plan and implement various promotional formats and other marketing activities at on and off premise.

- Liaise with central marketing for various brand activities and support through appropriate BTL.

- Liaise with sales team for better execution of planned activities.

- Preparing periodical VAF for sales force, POS plan, trade and visibility circular, Incentive circular etc.

- Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
