Position Overview : As an Individual Contributor reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Project Manager promotes key divisional cross-functional projects, drives SC process improvements, implements cost reduction and technology implementation within the SC. This role requires knowledge of SAP, business processes, Operations Excellence and general engineering technology used in the Supply Chain.

The specific areas of responsibility include :

Project Management - Promote and lead key Supply Chain projects.

Supply Chain Technology - Promote and implement technology within the PCC Supply Chain such as SC Serialization, WMS, RFID, bar-coding, and on-line printing project.

- Supply Chain Process Development : Design and implement more robust SC processes, reporting and controls throughout PCC. Document via process maps existing processes, revise processes as necessary to lower costs, improve efficiencies, and reduce order-to-delivery times.

Support : Support the India Supply Chain GM, USA Supply Chain director and PCC Supply Chain VP on special projects, presentations and initiatives as required.

Accountability : GM of Supply Chain, PCC Supply Chain

- BS in Engineering; MBA preferred.

- 4-8 years in Operational Excellence and process mapping and redesign.

- Six-sigma black-belt and Lean certification preferred.

- Good computer skills including prior SAP experience (required)

- Strong technical background and understanding of technology used in the SC.

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Must be able to travel between USA and India
