Manager - Rewards & Performance Management

The individual will support the Rewards and Performance Management CmoE (Community of Excellence) for the Piramal Group, acting as an internal consultant and process custodian to Business and Business HR

Responsibilities :

- He/She will be responsible for managing the KRA setting process, mid-year review and year-end annual review cycle as process custodian, working closely with Business HR to ensure that process standardization and timeline adherence is achieved

- Governance of performance management process at the Group level including leading the usage of the soon to be launched e-PMS system (Oracle Fusion Goal and Performance Management) and supporting the change management agenda to the online system.

- The individual will propose and administer the annual increment budgeting process and the end-year merit increment cycle

- The individual will lead design and administration of performance pay schemes / variable pay schemes / sales incentive programs across the Group

- Individual will be responsible for job analysis/evaluation as and when required for new positions / promotions / ungraded roles etc.

- He/She will be responsible for proposing and executing change with respect to C&B policies and guidelines.

- He / she will liase with external agencies such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer, Towers Watson etc. to conduct market assessments / benchmarking and compensation consulting in line with business needs

- Exposure to managing senior level compensation (possibly with some understanding of stock-option plans), regulatory issues etc. Exposure to comp interventions like retention, guarantees, buy-back etc. is desirable but not essential

- Individual will be involved in additional need-based compensation/benefits projects along with BAU responsibilities.

Requirements :

- Post Graduate in HR from a Tier 1 or reputed Tier 2 business school

- Strong experience of 2-3 years in a Compensation & Benefits role within a corporate

- Experience in medium/large conglomerates will be desirable, but not mandatory

- Experience in job analysis/evaluation specifically Towers Watson's Global Grading System, market pricing, c&b policies, year-end annual review cycle etc.

- Certifications in Compensation, rewards etc would be an added advantage.

- Exposure to working with senior leadership, international stakeholders/partners, internal business and HR partners
