Manager - Brand Activation  Position : Manager - Brand Activation  Band : Grade 2   Function : Marketing  Location : Mumbai   Reporting To : Chief Manager - Trade Activation  Direct Reportees : None   Interfaces Media, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, BD, Vendors  Essential :   - Qualifications MBA in marketing from OTC, Personal Care / FMCG   - 3-5 yrs of Sales + brand Activation exp ( Pharma experience +fmcg preferred)  Brief :   Job Description :   - Responsible for Marketing Activities for general trade Npd and modern trade - with focus on Planning and Implementation of Trade and Doctor level activation  - Strategizing the brand activation plan and evaluating the vendors accordingly  - Liaise with marketing team for various brand activities at trade end and support through appropriate activations.  - Liaise with sales team for better execution of planned activities.  - Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns and bring in savings in activation cost.  - Building bank on creative Idea for trade activity for off-takes  - Liaison with the shareholders to propose & activate the promo plans at Modern Trade  - Study and evaluate the complete activation at MT and design the best and effective plan for activation in MT for the brands.  - Responsible for New Brand plans for Trade and doctors  - Designing and set-up of the program  - Evaluating vendors / TP- s- aligning with Global purchase team .  - Create data base and analysis and review process.
