Key Roles/Responsibilities :
- Own and drive agenda of functional and technical capability building by setting up functional/business academies in partnership with Business / Function heads and SMEs and ensuring that the business value of functional academies are derived.
- Setup and launch of functional academies (HR, IT, Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare) post discussion and diagnostic with the leadership team
- Design curriculum and delivery management in partnership with the SMEs for the academies
- End-to-end design and delivery of HR Academy
- Drive effective governance of academies by ensuring robust functioning of the academy councils
- Drive regular council meetings and monitor implementation
- Interact with business leaders on a regular basis to obtain and sustain their continued sponsorship
- Design content or partner with learning partners for designing content for the academies
- Create branding & communication campaign for all academy interventions
- Review and monitoring of academies on a regular basis as well as effective operation of the governance council
- Conduct quarterly reviews based upon the MIS to identify areas of strength and improvement and offer support
- Create an academy lead's forum to facilitate knowledge sharing amongst them
- Drive the agenda of building technical leadership for the organization
- Partner with external institutes for this purpose
- Identify areas for collaboration and synergy through periodical sharing and review process
- Ensure seamless implementation of the same
- Post-graduation in HR
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in learning & development especially managing functional academies
