Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Strong relationship background having good contacts with leading developers in the Mumbai real estate market

- Lead negotiation, initiate deal discussions, generate new relationships, etc.

- Leading the team of Investment Managers and ensure the target achievement.

- Oversee the delivery through team on IC notes, Cash flow Analysis, Financial Modeling, sensitivity analysis.

- Identify key inferences and highlighting the same to the management

- Coordinating with other stakeholders like legal, compliance, finance, Audit from time to time for various due diligence, reporting etc

- Keep the management updated about key market drivers, competition etc.

- Strong in micro market analysis in terms of demand supply, price trends, new launches, client preferences etc

- Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc to ensure and healthy investment and exist from the project
