Role:

- To manage the overall credit process in large-ticket SME/LAP lending.

- To assist the senior management team for credit underwriting.

- Manage team members (associates/analysts) for analysis/due diligence effort for new deals, deal execution and monitoring,

- Conduct management meetings and form a view whether we should be sanctioning the loans.

- Co-ordinate post IC documentation and disbursement processes with internal legal/finance teams.

- Assess the overall credit risk in the portfolio and provide periodic reporting to senior management.

Experience required : Total ~8-10 years, with previous 3-5 years in a credit role in a SME/corporate banking division of a bank/NBFC.
