Piramal - Chief Manager - Production

Purpose of Job :

- To ensure manufacturing operations of API/ intermediate processes in the plant with desired quality and budgeted norms.

- To ensure manufacturing operations are continually supported and maintained in compliance with GMP, quality, safety and environmental regulations.

- Continually improving the systems / processes to achieve the better productivity and product cost reduction.

Key deliverables :

- Effective planning to meet the month production target in consultation with PPIC and ensuring maximum utilization of assets.

- Drive engagement in the team by following Gallup methodology.

- Drive continuous improvement programs like Manthan initiative, SFTI for relevant product and business processes and projects.

- Ensures timely execution of trial and Validation batches in co-ordination with the Project/TSD/PDG team for new products and technology transfer.

- Ensuring the GMP and EHS follow-up and compliance.

- Providing full support and co-operation during audit and compliance part.

- Meeting all the delivery schedules for the finished products as committed.

Experience : 8-15 years

Qualification : B.E(chemical)/B.Sc/M.Sc(chemistry)
