Team Head - Product (Fevikwik) (5-10 yrs)  Core Responsibilities :  - Product Manager will be responsible for demand generation of identified products for the division through implementation of marketing activities  - Responsible for achieving sales objectives of identified products  The above needs to be achieved by :  - Ensure completion of design, distribution and implementation of in shop visibility elements  - Implementation of all aids and modules for end user/ influencer/dealer relationship management and monitoring  - Product launch implementation  - Tracking and monitoring of saturation programs  - Partnering with Field Marketing Team for ensuring seamless implementation of End User/Influencer/dealer relationship program.  - Working out market development plan for each branch for New & Volume building products and for product-cluster in low base for regular products  - Managing the process of market feedback through field visits.  - Tracking of Market Share through import data and market feedback to assess competition presence  - Tracking pricing / offers of lead competition  - Actively participate in the process of SKU / Variant development and Packaging development and Pricing proposals  Candidate Profile :  - Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing with 5 - 7 years experience in Sales / Marketing in FMCG companies.   - Prior experience in Product Management should be at least 3- years.
