Job Description  - To develop an online business strategy in collaboration with product and content generation manager. It also includes identification of the target market for the eCommerce initiative, development of marketing campaigns to attract more visitors and increase online sales.  - Content Development - To work with designers, website developers and content providers, such as experts, copywriters and photographers, to create and improve the eCommerce site.  - To ensure that the site is easy to use and navigate, and that it includes all the functions that visitors need to select, order and pay for products.   - Site Maintenance & Analytics - To Check site content and systems & regularly updation of of prices and product information  - To develop or recommend marketing programs to increase sales, identify products that took increased revenue following a promotion, create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.  - To amplify presence and ecommerce through listings and presence on third party websites, tie-ups & cross promotion with other brands online in the online space.  Candidate Profile  - Preferably a B Tech in Computer Engg & MBA in Marketing with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience   Also the candidate must have:   - Skilled at forming partnerships   - Ability to recognize new online business opportunities.  - Responsive to online customer needs  - Well organized and can prioritize tasks.  - Aware of latest eCommerce solution technologies.  - Knowledgeable of eCommerce technology and capital requirements, online media tactics, branding and legalities
